Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. Even if someone steals your password, they cannot access your account without the 2FA code.

[STEP 1] GET AUTHENTICATOR

Recommended apps:

  • [AEGIS] Android, open source (recommended)
  • [TOFU] iOS, open source
  • [KEEPASSXC] Desktop, also stores passwords

[!] Avoid Google/Microsoft Authenticator - not private!

[STEP 2] ENABLE IN TORZON

Go to Settings > Security > Enable 2FA on TorZon Market.

[STEP 3] SCAN QR CODE

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or manually enter the secret key.

[STEP 4] BACKUP SECRET

Write down the secret key on paper and store it safely. You'll need it if you lose your phone!

>> BACKUP IS CRITICAL

If you lose 2FA access, you lose your account! Always backup the secret key offline.
