[1] ORDER PLACED

Buyer places order, funds move from wallet to escrow.

[2] VENDOR SHIPS

Vendor sees order, ships product, marks as shipped.

[3] BUYER RECEIVES

Buyer receives package, checks quality.

[4] FINALIZE

Buyer clicks "Finalize", funds release to vendor.

If there's a problem, open a dispute before auto-finalize:

  • [MODERATOR] TorZon staff reviews case
  • [DECISION] Funds refunded or released based on evidence
